I hate to be the one bringing up the Recon Federation of Club Penguin (RFCP) in 2026. Former members like myself and Sidie follow the golden rule: “Don’t speak of them, to them, or give them any sort of relevance.” This is ultimately what led to their decline, and I’d like to keep it that way. Unfortunately, there are exceptions to this rule.
The return of army veteran Shad has led me, Sidie, and Phoebe to revisit our experiences with him back in 2019. Justifiably, there was a great deal of community focus on the misconduct of Prior Bumble in the autumn of 2019. This post is not intended to diminish any of that, but rather to discuss Shad, whose similar behavior flew under the radar. Time does not heal all, and the community stance towards Prior Bumble serves as a testament to that.
